Weighed in this morning for a loss of 2.2 pounds this week. I am very happy with that, as my mid-week weigh in did not show a loss! So woot-woot!
I have enjoyed my week, and haven't found it too hard to make healthy choices. Even the times when it was more difficult (eating out, pizza party at school) I was still able to make better choices and stick within my points with a few extra from my weekly points.
I still don't know if it is better to eat the extra points or not, so I tried not to, but it was nice to know they were there if I needed them.
And also, as I read other blogs, I realise my exercise level is so low compared to many people; however, I am trying to only compare to myself, so if I can continue doing what I did last week throughout the next 16 weeks of school and stress, I will be very happy with myself.
Today I need to get organized for the week, which is even more challenging as we are celebrating my daughters birthday next week!

Great job on the loss! For how busy you are sticking to your own personal workout goals is best, don't worry about what others do your goals are great! Some weeks I get lots of workouts in and others I barely squeak one in.
