The Good
- I have walked 4 out of the last 6 days earning myself 9 activity points.
- I have eaten really well all week - so far I have only gone into my extra points by 3 points. I will probably use a few extra tonite as today was a celebratory day in class, with a pizza potluck and I had two small pieces of veggie pizza. But there was lots of other junk there, and I didn't pig out.
- I am finding it easy to choose healthy over non healthy.
The Not-So-Good
- I did a mid week weigh in, and I hadn't lost any weight, unlike so many people who post these amazing mid-week goals. This just reminds me of how stubborn my body is at holding onto weight, and why so often I have given up on my weight loss goals, as I am discouraged by my lack of progress. Hopefully I will see a loss on Sunday. Either way I am committed to continuing. At the very least I won't gain any more weight.
- I have felt a general upset, disturbed tummy feeling all week, perhaps from the increased fibre. This feeling makes me feel a off....
Goals
My goals for tonite and tomorrow are more of the same. Getting another walk in. Preparing for the week ahead.

Making good choices... that is something to celebrate and be happy for don't ya think? Your body is benefitting and will catch up. Hang in there. :)
