This week has been hard, eating healthy and exercise-wise.
I have:
- gone back to my practicum
- gone back to school
- become insanely busy again
To top it off:
- I had my monthly meeting that I chair that I had to organize and go to
- It was my daughters 9th birthday yesterday (cake to make & eat!!!!, presents to buy!)
- I am all pms-y (which makes me all hungry and sugar cravy for some reason)
I have:
- tracked all my eating (including cake and chocolate!!!)
- stayed within my points while eating a few (18!!!!) of my "extra" points
I have not:
- exercised once this week.
I guess some weeks are like this.....

Some weeks are DEFINITELY like this! And some are better ... and some are worse ... just keep plugging along!
